Advanced/Level 3

Advanced/Level 3 Equipment Class. Get ready for a hardcore, full body Pilates equipment class. Using the fundamentals of Pilates, challenge your mind and body in this continuous flow class. The Class utilizes Mat work and apparatus (including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector.) Experience with the equipment and at least 1 year of Pilates experience is required to attend this class.

Beginner/Level 1

Intermediate/ Level 2

Intermediate/Level 2 Class challenges the mind and body with dynamic movement sequencing and core strengthening exercise. Hands-on adjustments for form and correct technique, allow for precision and flow of movement in this class. The class utilizes mat work and apparatus (including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector. Experience with the equipment and at least 6 months of Pilates experience is required to attend this class.

 

Intermediate/Level 2-3
Intermediate/Level 2-3 Class energizes the body through a well balanced system of strengthening and lengthening exercises, challenging coordination, deepening of the core connection and flowing transitions. The Class utilizes Mat work and apparatus (including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector.) Experience with the equipment and at least 1 year of Pilates experience is required to attend this class.
