24 hour cancellation policy
if an appointment or class reservation is not cancelled or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged for that appointment. space is very limited, so please book responsibly and kindly cancel with enough time (at least 24 hours) to allow another student to take your place.
however…The health of our clients is of the utmost importance to us, so if you feel sick or believe that you may have been exposed to COVID, we kindly request that you do cancel your session and recommend you follow CDC guidelines on self-isolation before returning to the studio.
In the case of illness, we are waiving our late-cancellation fee for the foreseeable future. If you are unable to make it to class simply notify us by text AT (808)639-3074. For reasons other than illness the 24 hour cancellation policy will remain.

Reformers are spaced over 6 feet apart. Please try to maintain a 6 foot distance between yourself and anyone else in the studio.
Distancing
Cotton loops will be cleaned in between each and every session. WE OFFER PREMIUM, RECYCLED DOUBLE LOOP for those who wish to purchase their own set.

We will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in the studio throughout the day, such as door knobs, faucet handles and counters. We ask that you clean any equipment used during your session, and are encouraged to arrive early to clean your equipment before class starts.

Please wash your hands both upon first entering the studio, as well as after cleaning your equipment at the end of the session. We also have hand sanitizer available at the front desk. This, along with avoiding touching your face with your hands, is THE most important thing you can do to minimize the spread of germs.
UNLESS NEEDED FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CELL PHONE IN YOUR CAR OR OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO, OR PLACE ON AIRPLANE MODE.

If the class or appointment before you is still in session please have a seat on the DECK outside and enjoy the view
